Sign in to My Kridiya and open Help & requests, or WhatsApp us with your booking reference. Changes, cancellations and refunds depend on the supplier rules, current availability and any applicable charges.

Where can I find my quote, documents and payment updates?

Sign in and open My bookings. Quotes, available travel documents, payment records and refund updates linked to your account appear there.

How do I track an enquiry?

Open Track an enquiry and enter your KRD reference with the same email address used for the request.

Can I send passport or card details in the contact form?

No. Do not send passport copies, card details or ID numbers in this form. The travel team will provide the appropriate secure instructions when documents or payment are required.

When should I call instead of using the form?

Call or WhatsApp if you are travelling soon or an existing trip needs prompt attention. For a new trip or a general question, the form below is suitable.
