We may collect your name, email address, phone or WhatsApp number, travel preferences, enquiry details, booking details, passenger names, travel dates, destinations, passport or visa-related details when required for a service, communication history, and customer support messages.
If customer accounts are enabled, we may also store profile details, booking history, saved traveller details you choose to provide, consent records, and account security information handled by our authentication provider.
We do not ask for or store unnecessary sensitive data. Passport scans, visa documents, invoices, and e-tickets may be stored in secure staff-controlled systems where required to deliver your travel service.
How We Use Data
We use personal information to respond to enquiries, prepare quotes, process bookings, issue invoices or travel documents, contact you about your trip, provide customer support, maintain account security, improve our services, and comply with legal, accounting, regulatory, immigration, airline, hotel, payment, or fraud-prevention requirements.
Marketing messages are sent only where permitted or where you have opted in. You can ask us to stop marketing messages at any time. Transactional messages about a booking, quote, payment, or travel service may still be sent.
Sharing
To deliver travel services, we may share relevant information with airlines, hotels, tour operators, visa processing partners, insurance providers, payment providers, government or immigration authorities, technology providers, and professional advisers. We share only what is needed for the service or legal purpose.
Our website currently uses form handling, email, hosting, and communication tools. Customer account infrastructure may use Supabase. Back-office documents and staff records may use Microsoft 365, OneDrive, SharePoint, and Outlook.
Payments And Cards
Kridiya Travel does not store full card numbers, CVV, PIN, OTP, or raw card data. If online payments or saved cards are introduced, card details will be handled by a payment provider such as Razorpay or Stripe. We may store only safe references such as provider customer ID, payment method token, card brand, last four digits, expiry month/year, and consent timestamp.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards appropriate for a travel agency website, including HTTPS, account access controls, limited staff access, secure third-party providers, and private handling of sensitive travel documents. No website or communication channel can be guaranteed completely secure, so please do not send payment card numbers, CVV, OTPs, or passwords by email or WhatsApp.
Retention
We keep personal information only as long as needed for the travel service, customer support, accounting, legal, fraud-prevention, dispute, or regulatory purposes. Some booking, invoice, and payment records may need to be retained even after an account is closed.
Your Rights
You may request access, correction, update, deletion, restriction, or objection where applicable by law. You may also withdraw consent for optional processing such as marketing. We may need to verify your identity before actioning a request, and some records may be retained where required by law or legitimate business records.
Kridiya Travel operates from Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. Customers may also be located in India or other countries, so we aim to follow privacy principles such as clear notice, purpose limitation, data minimisation, reasonable security, correction, deletion, and complaint handling.
Children
Our services may involve travel for children, but accounts and bookings should be managed by an adult parent, guardian, or authorized traveller. We collect child traveller information only where needed for a travel booking, visa, ticket, insurance, or related service.
Changes
We may update this policy when our website, account system, payment options, or legal requirements change. The updated date at the top shows the latest version.
