These Terms and Conditions apply when you use the Kridiya Travel website, send an enquiry, create an account, request a quote, make a booking, or communicate with Kridiya Travel and Tourism FZ-LLC ("Kridiya Travel", "we", "us").
Services
Kridiya Travel provides travel enquiry, quotation, booking, documentation, and support services for flights, hotels, holidays, cruises, Umrah packages, visa assistance, travel insurance, and related travel products.
Kridiya Travel operates a quote-led travel arrangement service. We research options and arrange confirmed services through the relevant airline, supplier, consolidator or ticketing partner. Kridiya Travel does not issue tickets under its own IATA accreditation. Those providers may have their own terms, fees, documentation rules, refund policies and restrictions.
Quotes And Availability
Prices, fares, taxes, availability, schedules, visa rules, baggage rules, hotel policies, and supplier conditions can change until a booking is confirmed and paid where required. Website examples and enquiry results are indicative unless we expressly confirm them in writing.
A quote is not a booking and does not hold availability. A booking is confirmed only after we receive your written acceptance, the required traveller information and documents, cleared payment where required, supplier confirmation and any applicable verification.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, passport details, contact details, travel dates, destination details, and passenger information. Names should match travel documents exactly. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause ticketing issues, visa refusal, denied boarding, cancellation, amendment fees, or loss of payment.
You are responsible for checking passport validity, visa requirements, vaccination/health rules, transit rules, destination entry rules, and travel advisories unless we have agreed in writing to assist with a specific item.
Customer Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your account login details confidential and for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has accessed it. We may restrict an account to investigate misuse, fraud or a security concern.
Payments
Payment deadlines, accepted methods, deposits, instalments, gateway charges, exchange rates, supplier charges and Kridiya Travel service fees may vary by booking. The quote or payment request will state the amount, currency, payment method and any separate Kridiya Travel service fee before you pay.
Unless we agree written credit terms, we do not instruct a supplier to confirm or issue a service until cleared payment reaches the account or payment channel shown in the payment request. A payment receipt or uploaded proof of payment does not by itself mean that funds have cleared.
Do not send card numbers, CVV, PIN, OTP values or passwords through email, WhatsApp or a contact form. Card details are handled by the payment provider shown in the payment request.
Changes, Cancellations And Refunds
Changes, cancellations, refunds, no-show rules and reissue fees depend on supplier policies and the conditions attached to the quoted service. The quote will identify any Kridiya Travel service fee separately and state whether that fee is refundable. Some tickets, hotel rates, packages, visas, insurance products or special offers may be non-refundable or non-changeable where this is disclosed before payment.
Approved refunds may take time to process because suppliers and payment providers control parts of the timeline. Bank charges, gateway charges, currency conversion differences, supplier penalties, and service fees may be deducted where applicable.
Visa And Document Services
Visa assistance does not guarantee approval. Final decisions are made by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government body. We are not responsible for refusal, delay, additional document requests, rule changes, or decisions by authorities.
Third-Party Links And Providers
Our website may link to WhatsApp, social media, payment providers, form handlers, maps, airline websites, hotel websites, or other third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services.
Liability
We work carefully to support your travel plans, but we are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including supplier failure, airline schedule changes, denied boarding, immigration decisions, weather, strikes, force majeure, incorrect customer information, payment delays, or third-party system outages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
Privacy
Our use of personal information is described in the Privacy Policy.
Governing Law
Kridiya Travel operates from Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. These terms are intended to be governed by applicable UAE laws unless another mandatory law applies to a specific customer or service.

تنطبق هذه الشروط والأحكام عند استخدامك موقع كريديا للسفر، أو إرسال استفسار، أو إنشاء حساب، أو طلب عرض سعر، أو إجراء حجز، أو التواصل مع KRIDIYA Travel and Tourism FZ-LLC (ويُشار إليها باسم «كريديا للسفر» أو «نحن»).
الخدمات
تقدم كريديا للسفر خدمات الاستفسار عن السفر، وإعداد عروض الأسعار، والحجز، وإصدار المستندات، والدعم للرحلات الجوية والفنادق والعطلات والرحلات البحرية وباقات العمرة والمساعدة في طلبات التأشيرات وتأمين السفر ومنتجات السفر ذات الصلة.
تعمل كريديا للسفر وفق نموذج ترتيب السفر القائم على عرض السعر. نبحث عن الخيارات ونرتب الخدمات المؤكدة من خلال شركة الطيران أو المورّد أو المجمّع أو شريك إصدار التذاكر ذي الصلة. لا تصدر كريديا للسفر التذاكر بموجب اعتماد IATA خاص بها. وقد تكون لهذه الجهات شروط ورسوم ومتطلبات مستندات وسياسات استرداد وقيود خاصة بها.
عروض الأسعار والتوافر
قد تتغير الأسعار وأجور السفر والضرائب والتوافر والجداول الزمنية وقواعد التأشيرات وقواعد الأمتعة وسياسات الفنادق وشروط المورّد إلى أن يتم تأكيد الحجز ودفع المبلغ عند الاقتضاء. وتكون الأمثلة الواردة في الموقع ونتائج الاستفسارات إرشادية ما لم نؤكدها لك كتابةً.
عرض السعر ليس حجزًا ولا يحجز التوافر. لا يصبح الحجز مؤكدًا إلا بعد استلام موافقتك الكتابية وبيانات المسافرين ومستنداتهم المطلوبة، وتحصيل المبلغ فعليًا عند الاقتضاء، وتأكيد المورّد، واستكمال أي تحقق لازم.
مسؤوليات العميل
أنت مسؤول عن تقديم الأسماء والتواريخ وبيانات جوازات السفر وبيانات الاتصال ومواعيد السفر والوجهات وبيانات المسافرين بصورة صحيحة. يجب أن تطابق الأسماء مستندات السفر تمامًا. قد تؤدي البيانات غير الصحيحة أو غير المكتملة إلى مشكلات في إصدار التذاكر أو رفض التأشيرة أو منع الصعود أو الإلغاء أو رسوم التعديل أو خسارة المبلغ المدفوع.
أنت مسؤول عن التحقق من صلاحية جواز السفر ومتطلبات التأشيرة وقواعد التطعيم والصحة وقواعد العبور ومتطلبات دخول الوجهة وإرشادات السفر، ما لم نتفق معك كتابةً على مساعدتك في أمر محدد.
حسابات العملاء
أنت مسؤول عن الحفاظ على سرية بيانات تسجيل الدخول إلى حسابك وعن الأنشطة التي تتم من خلاله. أخبرنا فورًا إذا اعتقدت أن شخصًا آخر قد دخل إلى حسابك. يجوز لنا تقييد الحساب للتحقيق في إساءة الاستخدام أو الاحتيال أو أي مخاوف أمنية.
المدفوعات
قد تختلف مواعيد الدفع ووسائل الدفع المقبولة والدفعات المقدمة والأقساط ورسوم بوابة الدفع وأسعار الصرف ورسوم المورّد ورسوم خدمة كريديا للسفر بحسب الحجز. سيبين عرض السعر أو طلب الدفع المبلغ والعملة وطريقة الدفع وأي رسوم خدمة منفصلة لكريديا للسفر قبل أن تدفع.
ما لم نتفق معك كتابةً على شروط ائتمان، لا نطلب من المورّد تأكيد الخدمة أو إصدارها حتى يصل المبلغ المحصّل فعليًا إلى الحساب أو قناة الدفع الموضحة في طلب الدفع. لا يعني إيصال الدفع أو إثبات الدفع المرفوع، بمفرده، أن المبلغ قد تم تحصيله.
لا ترسل أرقام البطاقات أو رمز CVV أو الرقم السري PIN أو رموز OTP أو كلمات المرور عبر البريد الإلكتروني أو واتساب أو نموذج الاتصال. يتولى مزود الدفع الموضح في طلب الدفع معالجة بيانات البطاقة.
التعديلات والإلغاءات والاسترداد
تعتمد التعديلات والإلغاءات والمبالغ المستردة وقواعد عدم الحضور ورسوم إعادة الإصدار على سياسات المورّد والشروط المرتبطة بالخدمة المعروضة. سيحدد عرض السعر أي رسوم خدمة خاصة بكريديا للسفر بصورة منفصلة، وما إذا كانت قابلة للاسترداد. قد تكون بعض التذاكر أو أسعار الفنادق أو الباقات أو التأشيرات أو منتجات التأمين أو العروض الخاصة غير قابلة للاسترداد أو التعديل إذا تم توضيح ذلك قبل الدفع.
قد تستغرق المبالغ المستردة المعتمدة وقتًا للمعالجة لأن المورّدين ومزودي الدفع يتحكمون في أجزاء من هذه المدة. وقد تُخصم الرسوم البنكية ورسوم بوابة الدفع وفروق تحويل العملة وغرامات المورّد ورسوم الخدمة حيثما ينطبق ذلك.
خدمات التأشيرات والمستندات
لا تضمن المساعدة في طلب التأشيرة الموافقة عليها. تتخذ السفارة أو القنصلية أو جهة الهجرة أو الجهة الحكومية المختصة القرار النهائي. ولا نتحمل مسؤولية الرفض أو التأخير أو طلب مستندات إضافية أو تغير القواعد أو قرارات الجهات الرسمية.
روابط ومزودو الخدمات من الأطراف الأخرى
قد يتضمن موقعنا روابط إلى واتساب أو وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي أو مزودي الدفع أو خدمات النماذج أو الخرائط أو مواقع شركات الطيران أو الفنادق أو أطراف أخرى. وتسري شروط وسياسات الخصوصية الخاصة بتلك الجهات عند استخدام خدماتها.
المسؤولية
نحرص على دعم خطط سفرك، إلا أننا لا نتحمل مسؤولية الأحداث الخارجة عن نطاق سيطرتنا المعقولة، بما في ذلك إخفاق المورّد أو تغيير جداول شركات الطيران أو منع الصعود أو قرارات الهجرة أو الأحوال الجوية أو الإضرابات أو القوة القاهرة أو بيانات العميل غير الصحيحة أو تأخر الدفع أو أعطال أنظمة الأطراف الأخرى.
لا يحد أي حكم في هذه الشروط من أي مسؤولية لا يجوز قانونًا الحد منها.

القانون الحاكم
تعمل كريديا للسفر من رأس الخيمة في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة. يُقصد أن تخضع هذه الشروط لقوانين دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة السارية، ما لم ينطبق قانون إلزامي آخر على عميل أو خدمة محددة.
