Services
Kridiya Travel provides travel enquiry, quotation, booking, documentation, and support services for flights, hotels, holidays, cruises, Umrah packages, visa assistance, travel insurance, and related travel products.
We act as a travel intermediary for many services. Airlines, hotels, tour operators, visa authorities, insurance providers, payment providers, and other suppliers may have their own terms, fees, documentation rules, refund policies, and restrictions.
Quotes And Availability
Prices, fares, taxes, availability, schedules, visa rules, baggage rules, hotel policies, and supplier conditions can change until a booking is confirmed and paid where required. Website examples and enquiry results are indicative unless we expressly confirm them in writing.
A quote does not guarantee availability. A booking is confirmed only after required information, documents, payment, supplier confirmation, and any applicable verification steps are completed.
Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate names, dates, passport details, contact details, travel dates, destination details, and passenger information. Names should match travel documents exactly. Incorrect or incomplete information may cause ticketing issues, visa refusal, denied boarding, cancellation, amendment fees, or loss of payment.
You are responsible for checking passport validity, visa requirements, vaccination/health rules, transit rules, destination entry rules, and travel advisories unless we have agreed in writing to assist with a specific item.
Customer Accounts
If customer accounts are enabled, you are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you believe your account is compromised. We may suspend or restrict accounts where needed for security, fraud prevention, misuse, or legal compliance.
Payments
Payment deadlines, accepted methods, deposits, instalments, gateway charges, exchange rates, and supplier fees may vary by booking. We will tell you the applicable payment requirements before confirmation where possible.
Do not send card numbers, CVV, OTPs, or passwords through email, WhatsApp, contact forms, or live chat. If online payments or saved cards are introduced, card processing will be handled by a secure payment provider such as Razorpay or Stripe.
Changes, Cancellations And Refunds
Changes, cancellations, refunds, no-show rules, and reissue fees depend on supplier policies and fare/package conditions. Some tickets, hotel rates, packages, visas, insurance products, or special offers may be non-refundable or non-changeable.
Approved refunds may take time to process because suppliers and payment providers control parts of the timeline. Bank charges, gateway charges, currency conversion differences, supplier penalties, and service fees may be deducted where applicable.
Visa And Document Services
Visa assistance does not guarantee approval. Final decisions are made by the relevant embassy, consulate, immigration authority, or government body. We are not responsible for refusal, delay, additional document requests, rule changes, or decisions by authorities.
Third-Party Links And Providers
Our website may link to WhatsApp, social media, payment providers, form handlers, maps, airline websites, hotel websites, or other third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use those services.
Liability
We work carefully to support your travel plans, but we are not liable for events outside our reasonable control, including supplier failure, airline schedule changes, denied boarding, immigration decisions, weather, strikes, force majeure, incorrect customer information, payment delays, or third-party system outages.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing Law
Kridiya Travel operates from Ras Al Khaimah, United Arab Emirates. These terms are intended to be governed by applicable UAE laws unless another mandatory law applies to a specific customer or service.
